โSubscription Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your totle subscription, please follow the steps below:
totle Refund Policy
Annual Subscription: 100% refund is available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, refunds are not possible.
Monthly Subscription: A 100% refund is available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are not possible, but you can cancel the auto-renewal.
totle Desktop Version
Launch Outlook.
Click the Settings icon within the totle section in the Home tab
Select My Page from the drop-down menu.
On the left menu, click Subscription.
On the right side of the screen, click Unsubscribe to process with the cancellation.
Once the cancellation is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
