# Can Individuals, Business and Public Institutions use totle?

Please note that if your company has **internal regulations** or **security policies** that prevent the use of totle, then we may not be able to assist you.

**totle is available for individuals, businesses, and public institutions on all plans.**

**Individuals can use the Business Plan**, and **businesses or public institutions can use the Free/Personal plan** without any issues.

It’s also fine if some employees within a company uses totle individually.
