You can check error logs using the totle Issue Collector!

  1. Open the Windows search bar, search for "Totle Issue Collector," and click on it.

  1. When the Totle Issue Collector window appears, click the "Start Collection" button.

  1. Once the collection is complete, a notification will appear, and a folder with today's date will be created on your desktop

  1. When submitting a customer inquiry, please share this folder with us. It will greatly help us resolve the issue. Thank you.
