# 구독했는데 Free/Trial 플랜으로 나와요

**비즈니스 플랜**부터는 **관리자가 라이선스를 할당**하여 주는 방식입니다.

그렇기 때문에 **별도의 로그인이 필요하지 않으며** 관리자가 공유해준 **설치 파일을 통해 바로 토틀을 사용할 수 있습니다.**

## 구독한 계정 확인

토틀에는 총 **3가지** **로그인 방법**이 있습니다.

1. **토틀 계정 아이디/비밀번호 로그인.**
2. **마이크로소프트 계정 연동 로그인.**
3. **구글 계정 연동 로그인.**

* **설령 같은 이메일이어도 계정 연동 로그인 방식과 아이디/비밀번호 직접 입력 방식은 다른 계정으로 인식됩니다.**

* 그렇기 때문에 마이크로소프트 계정 연동 방식으로 구독 후, 마이크로소프트 계정을 직접 입력하여 로그인 하면 Free/Trial 플랜으로 로그인 됩니다.

## 구독한 계정으로 로그인하기

* 구독을 하셨음에도 Free/Trial 플랜으로 나온다면 마소/구글 연동 계정으로 구독 하셨을 수도 있습니다.\
  혹은  반대의 경우로 직접 입력하여 회원가입 하였으나 재 로그인 시 계정 연동 로그인을 통해 로그인 하셨을 수도 있습니다.\ <mark style="color:blue;">**아웃룩 > 토틀 > 환경설정 > 로그아웃**</mark>을 통해 **로그아웃** 후 계정 연동 방식으로 **다시 로그인**해 주시기를 부탁드립니다.
