# 대용량 파일 용량이 꽉 찼어요

토틀의 대용량 첨부 파일 제공 용량은 각 플랜 별로 총 제공 용량이 정해져 있습니다.

해당 제공 용량은 월마다 제공되는 용량이 아닌 **총 제공 용량**입니다.

용량을 다시 확보하는 방법은 2가지입니다.&#x20;

1. 파일 만료로 인한 파일 삭제.
2. 파일 만료 전 파일 삭제.

아래는 파일을 삭제하여 용량을 확보하는 방법에 대해 안내해 드리겠습니다.

### 대용량 파일함에서 파일 삭제.

1. 아웃룩 > 토틀 > 대용량 파일함을 클릭합니다.

2. 불필요한 파일을 선택 후 파일 삭제를 클릭합니다.

### 마이페이지에서 파일 삭제

1. [토틀 마이페이지](https://mypage.totlelab.com/login)에 로그인합니다.
2. 대용량 파일을 보낸 메일을 더블 클릭하거나 클릭 후 "자세히" 버튼을 클릭해 상세 내용을 불러옵니다.

3. 삭제하고 싶은 파일을 선택 후 "파일 삭제" 버튼을 통해 파일을 삭제합니다.

1. 아웃룩 > 토틀 > 파일함을 클릭합니다.

2. 대용량 첨부 파일을 보냈던 메일을 더블 클릭 혹은 클릭 후 "자세히" 버튼을 클릭하여 메일의 상세 내용을 확인합니다.

3. 파일을 클릭 후 "파일 삭제" 버튼을 통해 파일을 삭제합니다.

### 관리자 페이지에서 파일 삭제

1. 라이선스 발급 메일에 포함된 관리자 사이트에 들어갑니다.
2. 관리자 사이트 > 좌측 메뉴 > 대용량 첨부 > 대용량 파일 관리에 들어갑니다.

3. 삭제하고 싶은 파일을 선택 후 "파일 삭제" 버튼을 통해 파일을 삭제합니다.
