# 토틀을 삭제하고 싶어요

## 제어판을 통한 삭제

* **제어판**을 클릭합니다.
* **프로그램 및 기능** 설정을 클릭합니다.
* 프로그램 제거 또는 변경 내 리스트업 된 프로그램 중 **토틀 체크박스**에 **체크**합니다.
*  상단 메뉴에 위치한 **제거**를 클릭합니다.

## **문제 해결사를 통한 삭제**

* 제어판을 통해 완전한 삭제가 되지 않거나 오류가 발생하는 경우 아래 방법으로 해결이 가능합니다.
* 아래에서 Microsoft에서 제공하는 프로그램 설치 및 제거 문제 해결사 프로그램을 다운로드 받습니다.

1. &#x20;[<mark style="color:red;">**문제 해결사 다운로드**</mark>](https://download.microsoft.com/download/7/E/9/7E9188C0-2511-4B01-8B4E-0A641EC2F600/MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab)
2. 다운로드 받은 **“MicrosoftProgram\_Install\_and\_Uninstall.meta.diagcab” 프로그램을 실행**합니다
3. 실행 후 아래와 같은 **컴퓨터 문제 해결 및 예방** 화면이 나타나면 **다음**을 클릭합니다.

4\. **제거** 버튼을 클릭합니다.

💡 만약 2개의 프로그램이 존재한다면 하나씩 모두 선택 후 **다음**을 눌러 **삭제를 진행**해 주세요.

5\. **" 예, 제거합니다."**&#xB97C; 클릭해 아래 화면과 같이 제거를 시작해 주세요.

6\. 문제 해결이 완료되었다면 **문제 해결사 닫기**를 클릭해 프로그램을 종료합니다.
