# 토틀 메뉴가 보이지 않아요

## **실제 토틀 설치 여부 확인하기**

* 토틀을 설치했다고 생각했는데 어떤 이유로 토틀이 설치가 완료되지 않은 경우가 있습니다.
* 토틀이 잘설치되었는지 확인해보려면 아래 경로에 토틀 프로그램이 존재하는지 확인해 봅니다.
* **제어판 →  프로그램 및 기능** 경로에 **totle 프로그램이 있는지 확인**해주세요.

## **아웃룩 추가 기능 활성화하기**

* **추가 기능을 비활성화**된 상태에서는 토틀의 기능들을 활용하실 수 없습니다.
* 추가 기능이 비활성화 되어 있다면 **추가 기능 활성화**를 통해 토틀을 활용하실 수 있습니다.

### **비활성화 여부는 어떻게 알 수 있나요?**

1. **추가 기능에 토틀이 없는 경우**&#x20;

* 아웃룩 상단에 위치한 **파일  →  옵션 (왼쪽 하단 메뉴)  →  추가 기능**에 토틀이 없는 경우

### **어떻게 활성화 할 수 있나요?**

1\. 아웃룩 상단 **파일** 클릭

2\. **옵션** (왼쪽 하단 메뉴)  클릭

3\. **추가 기능** 메뉴 클릭

4\. **사용하지 않는 응용 프로그램 추가 기능** 아래에 있는 **totle Office Addin 클릭**

5\. 관리 드롭다운 메뉴에서 **사용할 수 없는 항목**을 선택한 뒤 **이동** 클릭

6\. **사용할 수 없는 항목** 팝업 창에서 좌측 하단에 위치한 **사용** 버튼 클릭

7\. 모든 창을 끄고 아웃룩을 재실행  해 **Outlook 옵션으로 이동**

8\. **비활성 응용 프로그램 추가 기능**에 토틀이 나타나는지 확인

9\. totle을 클릭한 뒤 **관리 드롭다운** 메뉴 내 **COM 추가 기능**을 클릭한 뒤 **이동** 클릭

10\. COM 추가 기능 팝업창에서 **totle을 찾아 체크** 한 뒤 **확인** 클릭
